got my banner real quick, all the way to canada. posted it on instagram, and the maker caught a minor quality problem. i'd also noticed the quality problem, but assumed i was just a nerd. seller offered options to make it right (even though minor quality problems are part of handmade stuff. i bought it because i like that kind of stuff). anyway, i was happy with the slightly defective banner, but that speaks to the quality of crafstmanship and service provided. ended up buying another, more different banner as well.
